Fright Night
October 27, Town Center: Fright Night has evolved into SouthWood's signature Halloween event. Traditionally, the event features carnival games, a haunted house, balloon artists and more.
Pops In The Park
April 27, 2013 (Tenative Date), Central Park Lake: Pops In The Park is the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra's signature event and SouthWood is proud to be the host site. Wheels At Work
Woodland Fields Neighborhood: Wheels at Work has become one of SouthWood's signature family-events as a variety of large working vehicles gather in the Woodland Fields neighborhood. Past events have included a helicopter, a Swat Team vehicle, a fire truck, a school bus and a front end loader. SouthWood's Art of Living
SouthWood's Art of Living program was created to inspire a sense of community with a variety of fun and educational activities. Our Art of Living director plays an integral role in welcoming new residents and providing them with the information the need to get familiar with Tallahassee and SouthWood.
